How fast do spares ship?
In-stock modules, PSUs, and receiving cards dispatch same day on orders placed before 3PM EST.
Can I mix panel batches?
Yes — the Panels Series is calibrated to a shared color target, so mixed batches read as one wall.
Do you support rental fleets?
We hold fleet inventory profiles and can ship pre-labelled looms matched to your panel maps.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects and component failure under normal touring use, excluding impact and water damage.
